We have been providing quality student apartments in downtown Burlington, VT for 10 years.   Our apartments are bright, central, well-tended and provide the details that add convenience and pleasure to students' busy lives.

Just after I bought this property, a friend remarked, "I used to live there!"  Well, 60-62 Bradley Street is a classic property for Burlington students and it is for good reason.  It offers a prime location nestled between campus and Church Street, one or two porches for every apartment, great open layouts, lots of light, and even  beautiful lake views from the top floor unit. 2024-2025 monthly rents for this property are $2,850 for a 3BR and $4,000 for the 4BR.  *Rent does not include tenant-controlled utilities.

How do you lease an Acorn Student Apartment? 

​

1. View the apartment and confirm: Yes, this is where we want to live next year!

Just reach out to schedule your showing.  Applications are linked for units available above should you want to be prepared for the next step at the conclusion of your showing.

​

2. Secure a 10-day hold by submitting all Tenant Applications & Deposits

 $100 Application Deposits are credited toward Security Deposits if the unit is leased, refunded if you do not secure the hold, and forfeited if you secure the hold but do not complete the leasing process.

​

3. All tenants submit their Parent Guarantees and Security Deposits

Security Deposits are equal to 1 month rent minus your Application Deposit.

​

4.  All tenants sign a single Lease and executed by Owner 

Final lease signing can be virtual or completed in person for submitting deposits and final Q&A.
